Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, lease administration, and resident relations at the Leander, TX property. You will help ensure smooth building operations, accurate rent postings, and timely reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of property management experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Basic level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with all levels of management.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• English reading/writing and overall communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations and resident relations.
• Maintain accounts receivable, rent posting, deposits and accurate rent rolls.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Assist with lease administration, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals.
• Support training of staff on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
