Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, lease administration, and reporting. You will help ensure resident satisfaction, manage rent activities, and coordinate with maintenance to uphold property standards.

The role requires 2–3 years in property management, a HS diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and familiarity with leasing cycles and Yardi Voyager or similar systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–3 years of property management experience required
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accounts receivable, rent postings, deposits, and rent rolls.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Process move-ins/outs and lease renewals; assist with resident relations.
