Avenue5 Residential - Explore Brightleaf at Lakeline in Austin, TX is seeking an attentive Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations, leasing activities, and superior resident experiences. You will manage rent collection, reporting, vendor oversight, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals while helping maintain property safety and curb appeal.

Strong communication, organization, and a customer‑oriented mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations, including resident satisfaction and lease lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable, collect rent, post rent, and manage rent rolls.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease records for accuracy and manage move-ins/outs and renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspect property, and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Support staff training on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
