Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to assist the property manager in overall operations, including resident relations, lease administration, and monthly reporting.

You will oversee supplier contracts and maintenance, ensuring a positive experience for residents, associates, and property owners. Strong organization and communication skills are essential, with knowledge of Yardi Voyager being a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations, focusing on resident satisfaction and retention.
• Understand the operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Maintain accounts receivable and rent-related postings; balance rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals; support training of staff.
