Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Real estate license preferred in some locations.
• Knowledge of resident lifecycle activities required.
• Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations, including resident satisfaction, rent collection, and marketing.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff as needed.
• Lead and coach associates to achieve goals.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract residents.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate.
• Maintain safety records and manage risk initiatives.
• Organize site emergency evacuation plans.
• Review operations guidelines in the PM agreement.
• Attend workshops and stay informed on industry best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
