Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience with common office software (Email, Word, Excel).
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and coordinate with the property management team.
• Provide high-quality customer service and resolve concerns.
• Inspect model/home to ensure readiness for tours.
• Administer move-in lease documents and inspections.
• Coordinate move-outs and final inspections; assess damages and final bills.
• Monitor rental balances and ensure accurate charges in Yardi.
• Support curb appeal and appearance of office, amenities, and community.
• Follow up with residents to confirm work completed to satisfaction.
• Assist Community Director/Manager and Leasing team as needed.
• Participate in monthly resident retention events.
• Drive for the company using company or personal vehicle as needed (>50%).
