Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or resident retention experience preferred.
• Associate degree in General Studies is a plus.

• Coordinate general business office activities for an apartment community.
• Serve as the first point of contact for residents and families; address questions or concerns and escalate as needed.
• Prepare service requests and work with contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist with leasing policies, lease renewals, and maintain knowledge of regulations and fair housing.
• Manage packages, calls, mail, appointments, and filing; support on-site staff and property operations.
• Promote social and recreational programs and serve as a Social Media Ambassador for the property.
