Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in San Diego to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure satisfaction, while maintaining accurate lease documentation and coordinating with maintenance for move-ins/out.

The role requires strong customer service, sales or leasing experience, and proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office.

• Experience in selling or leasing to prospective residents.
• Ability to listen, understand, and respond with empathy and respect.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure retention.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain tenancy records.
• Tour properties, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Ensure model apartments are ready for tours and coordinate move-in/out with maintenance.
