SoCal Pacific Management is seeking a Community Experience Specialist to lead leasing, hospitality, and resident relations from inquiry through move-out. You will conduct personalized tours, address resident needs, and document activity in the CRM while coordinating with maintenance and leadership to ensure a consistent, positive experience.

You will work to maximize occupancy, respond to inquiries promptly, and support events and community engagement to enhance resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, or customer service.
• Familiar with CRM systems and leasing documentation.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, or other hours as required.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage prospective residents in person, by phone, or electronically in a welcoming, responsive way.
• Conduct tours, identify needs, and explain features to assist leasing decisions.
• Maintain timely follow-up and document leasing activity in the CRM.
• Process rental applications, screenings, lease docs, and comply with policies and laws.
• Support occupancy goals and traffic-to-lease conversions.
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure a smooth resident welcome.
