Brookfield Properties Multifamily LLC in Durham, NC is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to coordinate office activities and serve as the first contact for residents. You will ensure high-quality service, manage renewals, and support social programs for residents.

Responsibilities include processing service requests, coordinating with contractors, and upholding leasing policies with a focus on compliance and resident satisfaction. This is an on-site role with competitive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree in General Studies preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate general business office activities for an apartment community.
• Serve as first point of contact for residents and resolve questions or concerns.
• Plan, implement and promote social and recreational programs for residents.
• Prepare service requests and coordinate with contractors for completion.
• Handle leasing and lease renewals in line with policies and budgets.
• Maintain records, answer calls, and manage mail and packages.
