Job summary

Lifestyle Property Management is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support leasing teams and elevate resident experiences at a designated community.

You will guide applicants through applications, leases, and move-ins, coordinate renewals, and respond to resident questions with a customer-first approach. This on-site role includes weekend availability and a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Previous experience in hospitality, sales, customer service, or leasing operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of applicable software programs and backend administrative management.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proven excellent customer service skills, strong teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving.
• Fair housing regulations knowledge is required.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays as needed.
• Valid driver license

Responsibilities

• Provide potential residents with information about the community, model homes, and living experience.
• Drive leasing through the applicant journey: applications, payments, lease generation, orientation scheduling, and move-in logistics.
• Guide prospects through the application and lease process through move-in.
• Assist with renewals and inquiries from current residents.
• Support customer service efforts within the community and address questions.
• Maintain community aesthetics and assist with grounds and cleanliness.
