Qualifikationen

• Associate Degree in General Studies preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service and resident retention experience required.

• Coordinate general office activities for an apartment community.
• First point of contact with residents; address questions and concerns and resolve issues.
• Prepare service requests and coordinate with contractors to ensure work is done properly.
• Maintain knowledge of leasing policies and procedures and handle leasing and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws; act as liaison between residents and property staff.
• Log, distribute, and track packages and manage administrative tasks.
