Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in San Diego to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals while engaging prospective residents and delivering excellent service.

You will tour properties, process renewals, and maintain records, ensuring a smooth resident experience and high occupancy. Prior leasing exposure and strong Microsoft Office skills are preferred. This role requires a valid driver’s license and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartments rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with clerical tasks and planning resident activities as needed.
