• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage resident complaints and/or service issues at the Shared Service Center; coordinate with staff to address concerns.
• Support residents during move-out, and handle notices to vacate and transfers.
• Manage lease renewal process including finalizing renewal leases via phone and internet.
