Job summary

Corvias in the United States is seeking a Resident Associate to act as the primary contact for resident transactions and drive revenue through fee enforcement, lease enhancements, and renewals. The role focuses on resident satisfaction and retention, requiring strong customer service and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include move-in/out processing, basic accounting, and educating residents on policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in property management, hospitality or customer service.
• Proven ability to retain customers via lease renewals and cross-selling.
• Experience with collections, evictions, or fee assessments preferred.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints using independent judgment and presenting options.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse backgrounds and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and respond to concerns promptly and according to policy.
• Manage move-in, move-out, and eviction processes, including inspections and notices.
• Perform basic accounting and maintain tenant ledger for revenue and expenses.
• Promote high quality living by enforcing community policies and educating residents.
• Ensure residents receive timely information about events, programs, and initiatives.
• Assist with lease renewals and cross-community relocation opportunities; execute renewals.
