AIR Communities is hiring a Resident Relations Specialist/ Renewal Specialist for The Debra Metrowest in Orlando, FL. You will build relationships with prospects, guide them through the leasing process, and deliver exceptional service to current and future residents.

The role includes driving leasing goals, offering commissions for new leases and renewals, and the option to live onsite with minimal commute. A competitive benefits package supports your success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow a sales process and achieve goals.
• Excellent customer service skills to address resident needs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation and clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process: prompt follow-up, tours, and showcasing community value.
• Build relationships with prospects and guide through leasing to move-in.
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents.
• Provide leasing support to other AIR communities as needed.
• Contribute to marketing, outreach, and resident engagement.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
