Job summary

MAA is seeking a Resident Experience Manager in Raleigh, NC to enhance resident satisfaction and retention. You will lead an on-site team, oversee move‑in/move‑out processes, conduct inspections, orientations, and coordinate service requests within the property management office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service and/or administrative support experience.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with leasing and/or preferred.
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations (federal, state and local).

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide onsite team in the absence of the property manager.
• Conduct move‑in / move‑out inspections and orientations.
• Coordinate service requests and vendor activities (pest control, make‑ready).
• Manage CRM system communications and respond to resident questions.
• Assist with tours, show units, and self‑guided tours as needed.
• Support resident engagement and community outreach initiatives.
