Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager in Sunnyside, WA to oversee overall property operations, lease administration, and resident experience. You will manage supplier contracts, maintenance, and monthly reporting while driving occupancy and financial performance.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of property management experience, strong organizational and customer service skills, and familiarity with Salesforce or Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations focusing on resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, and property marketing.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet client expectations.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; give coaching and development feedback.
• Lead associates and communicate a shared vision to drive performance.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract and retain residents; ensure compliance with property guidelines.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate office on maintenance and rules enforcement.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and networking; plan site disaster/evacuation procedures.
• Oversee safety records, loss claims, and risk management.
