Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential property, ensuring efficient service, lease administration, rent collection, and strong resident satisfaction. You will manage supplier contracts, maintenance, and monthly reporting while upholding company standards.

This role emphasizes leadership, hiring, coaching, and executing a strategic marketing plan to attract residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required locally.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or equivalent systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction and rent collection.
• Oversee lease administration, delinquency management, and property P&L.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring responsibilities.
• Lead and coach associates, providing development opportunities.
• Execute strategic marketing to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure operations guidelines are followed per property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate regarding maintenance and enforcement.
• Maintain safety records and risk management initiatives.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
