Responsibilities

• Staff Development and Leadership: recruit, hire and develop team members; coach leaders; ensure proper staffing and on-call coverage; foster high morale.
• Property Administration: coordinate with legal, risk management, and vendor partners; conduct inspections and ensure policy compliance.
• Facilities & Capital: maintain safe, sanitary communities; conduct property walks; manage permits and capital projects; obtain vendor bids and approvals.
