Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, revenue and team performance at a property in a fast-paced, collegiate environment. You will drive staffing, budgeting, and guest services to ensure an exceptional resident experience.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and internal Legal for vendor management, contracts and compliance, while elevating performance and maintaining safety standards across the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing living communities and a team of 3+.
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator with strong time management and confidentiality.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to lead in a fast-paced, collegiate environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff development and leadership initiatives, partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition.
• Oversee property administration, vendor management and risk management.
• Manage facilities, capital projects and regular building inspections.
