Valiant Residential seeks a Community Manager to supervise daily apartment community operations in Irving, TX. You will implement company policies, supervise staff, manage leases, and ensure regulatory compliance to maintain a well‑run, well‑maintained property.

The role requires experience in property management, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to lead teams while upholding Fair Housing standards and comprehensive safety practices.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing certification before interaction with prospects or residents.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property software applications.

Mansioni

• Screen, hire, orient, and train new personnel using company directives.
• Support staff to foster teamwork and maintain a harmonious environment; manage administrative processes.
• Determine transitions and promotions for on-site personnel.
• Prepare annual budgets and rent projections; ensure rents and late fees are collected.
• Review invoices, code payments, and process deposits; oversee leasing activities.
• Oversee leasing staff and ensure policy adherence; manage evictions and resident relations.
• Maintain resident files, move-ins/outs, and ensure a safe, well‑maintained property.
