Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Community Manager to supervise, control, and plan the day-to-day activities of the apartment community, ensuring a well-managed, well-maintained property. You will implement company policies, manage budgets, staffing, leasing, and maintenance, and maintain compliance with regulatory agencies and investors.

We value leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. Strong English communication is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to lead leasing, maintenance, budgeting and staff development.
• Cam or ARM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, control and plan day-to-day activities of the apartment community.
• Implement company policies, procedures and programs at the property.
• Manage leasing, budgeting, staff and maintenance to ensure a well-maintained building.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and investors.
• Lead and develop on-site staff and oversee vendor relationships.
• Prepare and sign leases, collect rents, and maintain resident files.
