Job summary

Valiant Residential in Texas is seeking a Community Manager to supervise day-to-day operations of our apartment community. You will implement policy, manage staff, and ensure a well-maintained property in compliance with regulations and investor requirements.

You will lead leasing, budgeting, risk management, and vendor oversight while maintaining resident satisfaction. Strong communication, leadership, and knowledge of Fair Housing are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and safety regulations; OSHA familiarity is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, and train new personnel using company directives.
• Oversee staffing, payroll, time sheets, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare annual budgets and ensure timely rent collection and reporting.
• Maintain property records, leases, and resident files; oversee vendor contracts.
