Job summary

You will lead staff, prepare budgets, manage rents and occupancy, and implement marketing strategies to maximize tenant retention and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Fair Housing certification before interaction with prospects or residents.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations; ability to work evenings and weekends.
• College degree preferred; CAM or ARM is a plus.
• Bi Lingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, hire, orient, and train on-site personnel.
• Prepare annual budgets and manage rents/expenses.
• Monitor occupancy, leases, and move-ins/move-outs; ensure timely reports.
• Oversee leasing staff and ensure lawful leasing practices.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor contracts, and emergencies 24/7.
• Develop and enforce community policies, risk management, and compliance.
