Qualifications

• The position requires a minimum of 3+ years of property management experience.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing certification before interaction with prospects or residents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
• Plan and implement budgets, rent rolls, and financial reporting.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations to maximize occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
• Lead on-site staff, conduct evaluations, and manage schedules and training.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor contracts, and emergency response procedures.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor expenditures within budget.
