Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Community Manager to supervise day-to-day apartment community activities, implement policies, and ensure a well-managed, compliant property. You will lead staff, manage budgets and leasing while coordinating with the Regional Community Supervisor.

This role requires 3+ years in property management, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and property software. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Fair Housing certification before interaction with prospects or residents.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Pass drug test and present professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, orient and train new personnel.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on time.
• Prepare annual budgets and ensure rents are collected.
• Oversee leasing staff and ensure compliance with laws.
• Maintain property and address maintenance requests promptly.
• Manage emergencies and coordinate with regional supervisor.
