Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 2 in Utah to lead the full leasing cycle. You will conduct tours, coordinate renewals, and support occupancy goals while maintaining accurate records and delivering strong customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.

The role emphasizes multitasking in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accurate data, dynamic outreach, and collaboration with onsite teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospect traffic from inquiry to signed lease.
• Conduct tours and demonstrate apartment/community value.
• Coordinate leasing, renewals, and resident retention activities.
• Maintain accurate traffic, availability, lead, and application records.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts.
• Maintain model and tour readiness standards.
• Provide courteous service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through disciplined follow-up.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations.
