Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 2 to manage the full leasing cycle from inquiry to signed lease and support renewals and retention. You will conduct tours, demonstrate community value, coordinate leasing and renewals, and maintain accurate records while supporting marketing, outreach, and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospect traffic from inquiry to signed lease.
• Conduct tours and demonstrate apartment/community value.
• Coordinate leasing, renewals, and resident retention activities.
• Maintain accurate traffic, availability, lead, and application records.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts.
• Maintain model and tour readiness standards.
• Provide courteous service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through disciplined follow-up.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations.
