Job summary

Bridge Property Management seeks a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 1 to generate leases and deliver exceptional prospect experiences. You will support resident satisfaction and help the community hit occupancy, revenue, and retention targets.

Responsibilities include tours, explaining terms, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records in the PMS. Weekend availability, strong communication, and customer service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Conduct apartment and community tours tailored to prospect needs.
• Explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, lease terms, and policies.
• Process guest cards, applications, and leasing paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain lead, traffic, and prospect records in the property management system.
• Support resident move-ins, renewals, and general customer service needs.
• Participate in marketing outreach, resident events, and community promotion.
• Maintain professional presentation of the leasing office and model units.
