Job summary

Bridge Property Management, Las Vegas, seeks a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 2 to manage the full leasing cycle from inquiry to signed lease and support resident retention.

You will conduct tours, coordinate leasing and renewals, maintain accurate records, support marketing efforts, and ensure model and tour readiness while delivering courteous service to residents, prospects, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospect traffic from inquiry to signed lease.
• Conduct tours and demonstrate apartment/community value.
• Coordinate leasing, renewals, and resident retention activities.
• Maintain accurate traffic, availability, lead, and application records.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts.
• Maintain model and tour readiness standards.
• Provide courteous service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through disciplined follow-up.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations.
