Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 2 to manage the full leasing cycle at our Salt Lake City community. You will convert prospects, conduct tours, process leases, and support renewals while driving resident retention and revenue goals.

Role requires strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with property management software and CRM platforms. Weekend availability and a customer-focused approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospect traffic from inquiry to signed lease.
• Conduct tours and demonstrate apartment/community value.
• Coordinate leasing, renewals, and resident retention activities.
• Maintain accurate traffic, availability, lead, and application records.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts.
• Maintain model and tour readiness standards.
• Provide courteous service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through disciplined follow-up.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations.
