Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 1, to generate leases and deliver an exceptional prospect experience. The role supports resident satisfaction and helps achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention goals.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, tours, processing applications, maintaining records, and assisting with move-ins and renewals. Weekend availability and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and closing skills.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.
• Experience with CRM and property management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Conduct tours tailored to prospect needs and explain leases.
• Process applications and leasing paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain records in the property management system.
• Support move-ins, renewals, and resident service needs.
• Assist with marketing, events, and community promotion.
• Maintain office appearance and professional presentation.
• Comply with Fair Housing and company policies.
