Bridge Property Management is hiring a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 2 to manage the full leasing cycle for our community in West Jordan, UT. You will convert inquiries, conduct tours, coordinate renewals, and support resident retention while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with onsite teams.

Ideal candidates have leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospect traffic from inquiry to signed lease.
• Conduct tours and demonstrate apartment/community value.
• Coordinate leasing, renewals, and resident retention activities.
• Maintain accurate traffic, availability, lead, and application records.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts.
• Maintain model and tour readiness standards.
• Provide courteous service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through disciplined follow-up.
• Maintain closing ratio in line with company standards.
