Bridge Property Management is hiring a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 1 to drive leasing activity and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, explain terms, process applications, and maintain accurate records in the property management system.

The role supports move-ins, renewals, and community marketing in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication and closing skills.
• Well-organized with good follow-through.
• Weekend availability may be required.

Mansioni

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Conduct apartment and community tours tailored to prospect needs.
• Explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, lease terms, and policies.
• Process guest cards, applications, and leasing paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain lead, traffic, and prospect follow-up records in the property management system.
• Support resident move-ins, renewals, and general customer service needs.
• Participate in marketing outreach, resident events, and social media/community promotion.
• Maintain professional presentation of the leasing office, model units, and tour paths.
• Comply with Fair Housing and all company policies.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance with company standards.
