Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 2 to handle the full leasing cycle at our Salt Lake City community. You will manage prospect traffic, conduct tours, execute leases, support renewals, and drive resident retention.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, prior leasing or customer service experience, and strong communication. This role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment and collaboration with residents, vendors, and onsite teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospect traffic from inquiry to signed lease.
• Conduct tours and demonstrate apartment/community value.
• Coordinate leasing, renewals, and resident retention activities.
• Maintain accurate traffic, availability, lead, and application records.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts.
• Maintain model and tour readiness standards.
• Provide courteous service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through disciplined follow-up.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations.
