Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Leasing Consultant in California to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction, while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in sales and residential leasing, with strong customer service, MS Office skills, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and prepare lease documentation.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain confidential resident files.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of traffic activity.
