Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and deliver exceptional service.

Applicants should have strong customer service, English communication skills, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office. The role requires on-site work in San Antonio, TX and may involve coordinating with maintenance for move-in readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documents and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and follow up with prospects.
• Inspect model apartments and ensure move-in conditions with maintenance.
• Prepare weekly leasing reports.
