Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an on-site Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, while ensuring a high level of customer service and accurate record-keeping.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, sales skills, and experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems, plus proficiency in MS Office and English. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused leasing experience preferred.
• Experience handling tours, applications and lease paperwork.
• Familiarity with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment showings, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Maintain accurate records and complete weekly leasing reports.
• Assist with resident relations and processing of work orders as needed.
