Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins/outs and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, while ensuring accurate paperwork and model apartment readiness.

The role requires excellent customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.
• One year of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects, prepare lease docs and process move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate traffic records and follow up with prospects.
• Tour model apartments and ensure move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Assist with renewals, resident relations and planning activities.
