Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and high resident satisfaction, while ensuring smooth move-in processes and accurate record-keeping.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, familiarity with leasing software such as Yardi Voyager, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, and prepare lease paperwork.
• Maintain model apartments and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and monthly documentation delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospects via phone, mail, or email.
• Create confidential resident files and complete weekly leasing reports.
