Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in California to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and secure client satisfaction.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and follow up with prospects.
• Tour model apartments and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure timely document delivery.
