Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve high occupancy and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1+ year of sales or residential leasing experience. Proficiency in MS Office and English communication is valued, with a strong emphasis on customer service and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move‑in paperwork.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure documentation is delivered to current residents monthly.
• Maintain confidential resident files and complete weekly leasing reports.
