Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC seeks a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing and renewal strategies that drive occupancy and revenue. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and criminal records, and prepare lease packages for smooth move-ins.

The role also involves offsite marketing, market-trend analysis, renewal coordination, and ensuring show units meet quality standards while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi or One Site) desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, tours, process applications and lease signing to meet occupancy goals.
• Prepare lease and move-in package, conduct background checks, manage renewals.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Gather market data, analyze trends, and recommend property improvements.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and show-unit quality for leasing activities.
• Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
