Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage prospects.

Responsibilities

• Leads marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts to reach occupancy and revenue goals.
• Gives property tours, processes applications, screens credit/criminals, prepares lease packages.
• Maintains show units and property appearance; handles inquiries and follows up with prospects.
