Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience in property management or leasing preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic to the property.
• Analyze market trends to inform leasing strategies and pricing.
• Enforce lease terms and manage move-in process and renewals.
• Follow up with prospects to secure leases and renewals.
• Maintain property appearance, safety, and overall show quality.
