Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

Essential duties include greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and coordinate lease signing.
• Design and execute offsite marketing activities to drive traffic to the property.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market trends and adjust marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities in person to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Responds promptly to resident and owner concerns and documents requests.
• Ensure property and show units meet company standards for show quality.
• Manage lease renewal processes and related documents.
• Monitor market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans.
