Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue for our multi-family properties. You will lead tours, screen applicants, prepare leases, and coordinate renewals while delivering exceptional resident service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include executing marketing plans, leveraging online tools, and collaborating with sales and maintenance teams. Strong communication and organization are essential, with a valid driver's license and weekend

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing or Customer Service preferred.
Proficiency with Entrata, Yardi or One Site recommended.
Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

Execute property's marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and prepare lease packages.
Manage on-site marketing activities and referral programs to drive traffic.
Monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
Respond to resident questions and resolve issues to support renewals.
Ensure show units meet property standards and maintain safety and cleanliness.
