Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare lease and move-in packages, and ensure a smooth move-in.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service helps.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and property software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Support move-ins and ensure smooth return/renewal processes.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic to the property.
• Gather market data and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
• Respond to resident and prospective client inquiries promptly.
