RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to hit occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packets, and ensure a smooth tenant onboarding.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced property environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales or Customer Services preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening and background checks.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in packages.
• Ensure smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic.
• Maintain property standards and respond to resident questions.
